Removing permanently deletes a shipping address for all users that had access to the address. No backup or audit records are supplied. Only system administrators are able to remove addresses.
NOTE: You cannot remove a shipping address that meets one or more of the following conditions:
1. Select Records Management | Administration | Manage Addresses. The Manage Addresses screen opens.
2. Select Remove from the Action dropdown to the right of the shipping address you need to delete.
3. Click Remove to confirm that you wish to remove the shipping address. The address is removed from Iron Mountain Connect Records Management, a success message is displayed and you are returned to the Manage Addresses screen.
